They are the best! Took care of all insurance needs.Worked quickly to help following my mom's car accident. . The owner goes out of his way to help and their body work on her car looks fantastic. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.
Amy Goldstein2022-06-08I LOVE TALIA, CHRIS AND RAY!!!!!! I have been doing business with Final Phase since 2016 to now I have been rear ended 3xs and every time I have always dealt with them. Any work that I had done there has always been on point and accurate . Never have I had to pick up the phone to deal with the insurance company it has always been taking care of for me along with rental car. Talia is on point with everything kept me posted with everything . I truly feel like family there and even better I feel like family even more because my last recent work I had done Chris said to me when I get my car back it will look more then brand new. Well let me say his word is his bond , Ray fixed everything even the little things even work they did in the pass did touch ups to it . Man my car looks amazing!!! What really blew me away was the inside detailing I use to smoke in my car that started to have a little smell .. Well when I got my car back it smelled amazing , I could not even tell that I use to smoke in there. Now I do not at all so I can keep that fresh sent. I work at a school that has a autobody class and the teacher himself said he analyzed and was not able to find not one thing wrong. It means alot for the teacher to say he is impressed he is a perfectionist that means alot to me!!! I was there when Chris first started ( shout out to his Mom Barbara always enjoyed talking to her ) so from then to now he has indeed stepped up his game in more ways then any. Talia , Chris and Ray are absolutely extremely personable , caring respectful and most important their integrity can not be questioned. Always honest and never Bs me which I respect alot . Anytime I need any work done Final l Phase is where I will continue to take my business and I will refer my family and friends!!!! Thank you Talia, Chris and Ray Love you guys!!!!!!

Owner happened to witness the accident and offered services and I felt like it was a Godsend. Extremely thankful for them and their hospitable staff. 😊

I'm so glad I went.Not only did they help me out with the insurance that was giving us trouble but Talia, Chris, and Ray excelled everything from the paint job to keeping me updated on my car and going back and forth with the insurance company that was giving us a hard time. My car looks great and it doesn't look like it's been in an accident. A special thanks to Talia for not giving up and guiding me through the process!
